BLUEBERRY APPLE CRISP
5 cups apples Combine fruit with granulated sugar mixed with 1 Tbsp flour, in 2 qt casserole. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Blend in butter. Sprinkle over fruit. Cook at 350 deg F. 45 - 60 minutes. Cooking for a crowd: Variations: Vary the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the fruit. If fruit is very runny, increase flour to 2 Tbsp, or use 2 Tbsp instant tapioca as a thickening agent. Blueberry Peach - use 4 cups blueberries and 2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned, drained) Blueberry - Use 6 cups blueberries
