WARM BLUEBERRY SAUCE 1 pint fresh blueberries 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Combine ingredients in 4-cup glass measure. Zap on high 4 to 5 minutes, or until just heated through. Berries are to be kept whole. Serve warm over pudding, cake, French toast, waffles or pancakes. Makes 2 cups. |
