PEACH AND BLUEBERRY PIE FILLING 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 cup sugar 3 cups sliced peaches 1 cup blueberries 2 Tbsp quick tapioca salt 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp water (to brush on crust)
Sprinkle lemon juice over fruit. Mix sugar, tapioca and salt. Toss lightly with fruit. Let stand 15 minutes. Put in pie shell. Dot with butter. Bake till tender. |
