BLUEBERRY PIE 1 baked pie shell, 9 inch 4 cups fresh blueberries 3/4 cup sugar 1 lemon, juice and grated rind 1-1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp cornstarch or 3 Tbsp Minit tapioca
Put 2 cups fresh berries in pie shell. Mix the remaining ingredients and boil, slowly till thickened. Pour while hot, over berries in shell. Chill. Serve with ice cream. |
