BLUEBERRY CRUNCH COFFEE CAKE 2 cups sifted flour 2 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup shortening 1 egg ½ cup milk 2 cups fresh or canned, drained blueberries Sift together 2 c flour, baking powder and salt. Combine ½ cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, cinnamon and butter. Set aside. |
